Klauzula RODO, w celu związanym z udziałem w konferencji naukowej
Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016, str. 1), dalej „RODO”, informuję, że:
Dane osobowe podane w formularzu rejestracyjnym są przetwarzane w celu rejestracji uczestnictwa w konferencji naukowej pt.: „Artificem commendat opus. Zbiory graficzne w zasobach bibliotek, archiwów, muzeów i kolekcji prywatnych” organizowaną w dniach 18-19 listopada 2021 r. przez Bibliotekę Naukową PAU i PAN. Podane przez Panią/Pana dane osobowe nie będą ujawniane innym podmiotom, za wyjątkiem podmiotów upoważnionych przez przepisy prawa, w tym zaangażowanych w organizację lub obsługę konferencji. Dane mogą być również przekazywane podmiotom zajmującym się obsługą techniczną i IT na rzecz Administratora Danych, którym jest Polska Akademia Umiejętności-.
Dane będą przetwarzane przez czas niezbędny do realizacji ww. zadania, a po tym czasie aż do przedawnienia roszczeń, które mogą być podnoszone w związku z nim.
Osobie, której dane dotyczą, przysługuje prawo żądania dostępu do danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych i prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

In accordance with Article 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (Official Journal of the European Union L. 2016.119.1), General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform that:
Personal data submitted in the registration form are processed only for the registration for the conference: „Artificem commendat opus. The International Conference on graphic collections in libraries, archives, museums and private collections” organised by the Scientific Library of the PAAS and the PAS in Cracow on 18-19 November 2021. Your personal data would not be transferred to any third parties, excluding entities strictly connected with the organisation of the conference and parties responsible for the technical and IT support for the data administrator (namely, the PAAS).
Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the proper implementation and settlement of the conference, and further for the limitation period or until the withdrawal of consent.
You have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectify, transfer and delete your personal data and the right to limit processing, as well as the right to submitting a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office.
