After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists then we would request you to kindly share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application. To share a log file, Click on Samsung Members Application > Support > Tap on error report > Type your query >Tap on send.
Please also share the screenshot or video regarding your concern and choose the above-given error report path for further process, you will surely get the best possible resolution. Our technical team will revert you regarding the same as soon as possible.

Galaxy SOnly thing that worked for me was to factory reset the phone and do not transfer previous backups (a pain in the neck). It took a whole day but now everything is back to normal with UI 6.1 and IA running. (S23)
