Hi Samsung I am Using S23.... I recently updated my Samsung phone to the latest software version I.e One UI 6.1 and I've noticed that it's been heating up more than usual since then. This is concerning as I haven't experienced such heating issues prior to the update. Could you please advise on any potential fixes or updates to address this heating issue? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists then we would request you to kindly share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application. To share a log file, Click on Samsung Members Application > Support > Tap on error report > Type your query >Tap on send.

I am experiencing excessive heating on my S23 Ultra while using YouTube, particularly since I installed a software update app from the store. Even for downloaded YouTube videos, the temperature rises to 43°C. While One UI 6.1 was not problematic for me previously, I suspect that either the updated software update app or the One UI 6.1 might be causing this issue, although I cannot definitively ascertain the root cause.
Only thing that worked for me was to factory reset the phone and do not transfer previous backups (a pain in the neck). It took a whole day but now everything is back to normal with UI 6.1 and IA running. (S23)
