If you want to learn to meditate, be mindful or are looking for a real contact with God - we can help you! Dredger is an online project that offers simple and proven spiritual exercises. In Deeper you will find guided meditations that will be useful both to those who have been practicing this prayer for years, as well as to people who want to learn it.

Meditations are conducted by Daniel Wojda. You decide for yourself whether you prefer to be accompanied by a guide during the meditation, or you want to turn off the voiceover option and pray alone. The proposed meditations are closely related to the practice of mindfulness, thanks to which you will also acquire this skill.

In addition to daily, several-minute meditations, Deeper also offers other forms of prayer and development courses:

- Starter, i.e. the daily Gospel with a short commentary for a good start of the day in text form

- Thought sorter, i.e. an Ignatian examination of conscience, helpful for summarizing the day in audio form

- Development courses, i.e. a series of video materials on various spheres of life, e.g. masculinity, femininity, emotions, etc.

By practicing daily meditations lasting several minutes, you will be able to better discover the presence of God in your life, get to know yourself, learn how to be more organized internally and develop your spiritual life.
